Join us for Sound and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, a chill session to heal and relax body and mind together!
About this Event

Joins us every second Monday of the month for a gentle practice of Trauma Sensitive Yoga with live sounds of Crystal, Himalayan bowls and Gong. There will be an extended rest and sound bath at the end of our practice. No prior yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats and blankets are available, and please feel free to bring our own. Seating is also available for yoga and savasana.

Marguerite Haugh is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F).

Denise is a Certified Sound and Meditation Facilitator. We are excited to come together to offer the combined practices of TCTSY and Sound Bath.
