A sacred space to be at peace, to visualise the life you want through Meditation and then allow the spiritual earthy sounds wash over you to create a clear pathway for your road ahead.
Spring is a time to plant the seeds to make your dreams turn into your reality.
Begin your Sound Bath session by journaling your own individual intention.
A short Mindfulness Meditation will enable you to gain focus and clarity on your intention.
Relax and immerse yourself as the sounds bathe over you to shift any stagnant energy keeping you stuck, being at peace where you are right now and visualise your dreams into reality.
Complete the Sound Bath session by journaling your goals, as well as identifying the barriers and solutions to your goals.
Yoga mats, pillows and blankets provided.
Gift to you to assist with your journey: Journal and pen, crystal to assist you with your sound bath session.
