Join us for a cozy evening to relax and unwind in a soothing sound bath experience with singing sound bowls and chimes warmly blended with the expansive resonance of the gong, and soft waves of percussive rhythms.This session offers softly blended soundscapes and present experiential depths of listening with the whole body and explore the art of tuning into the harmony within – in community.
There will be optional invitations and opportunities to share our voices through the exploration of toning and mantra meditations, and further invitations up to connect deeper through personal inquiry, reflection, and soulful sharing time.

About Your Teacher:
Julie is a certified sound therapy practitioner that is inspired by curiosity and intuition and passionate about peace in the present moment and inspired well being in community. She is also trained and certified in breathwork facilitation, meditation, and yoga. She loves to share her passions of music, mindfulness and wellbeing in community through curious and creative ways including soundbathing, song and ukulele circles, journaling and nature discovery.
