Come celebrate the return of the Light this coming Saturday the 20th with 2 consecutive and complementary experiences at Unity in Port Townsend. From 1:30 - 2:30, Michelle Edwards will offer her Sound Bath followed by Kirtan from 3 - 5pm. The Sound Bath will open your body and mind to a deep restful state allowing you to go even deeper into the experience of Kirtan.Re the Sound Bath: Come hydrated and ready to relax in a warm cozy nest made of items from your home~ mats, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, etc. For those of you who’d rather not lay flat on the floor, chairs are available.
