Join us for a calming and heart-centered morning of sound healing and guided journaling—a sacred space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself and your community.
🌿 This experience will include:

🎶 A restorative sound bath using crystal bowls and healing instruments
🖊 A guided journaling prompt to explore inner clarity, intention, and self-love
🤍 A moment of stillness shared in community
This session is designed for all experience levels and is open to anyone seeking peace, reflection, or a soft place to land.
