Sound Bath and Energy Healing

Join us for Sound Bath and free Energy Healing on the first Sunday of every month at noon. This is a meditative gathering and all are welcome!

Sound bath uses vibration from instruments like crystal singing bowls to relax the body and mind. The potential benefits of sound bath are very similar to many meditative and relation practices and include decreased stress, lower blood pressure, increased relaxation, improved sleep, decreased anxiety, and much more. Kayla Harvey, MA, LMHC and her partner will be playing seven crystal singing bowls along with many other instruments (chimes, a variety of drums, rain stick, and more) for your relaxation and pleasure. Feel free to sit, lay down, close your eyes, or meditate while listening.

Free energy healing will also be provided for those interested. Healing energy is transmitted through the palms of the practitioner to any area in the body needing assistance. During the sound bath, you are welcome to come up and receive free energy healing from one of our identified energy healers that day by sitting in the chair in front of them.

This is a live event that will take place on the at the Unity spiritual center. This is a free casual event, and all are welcome. Chairs are provided for those that prefer to sit but feel free to bring yoga mat and or pillow to get comfortable laying.
