In this 90 minute ceremony, Isabel begins with a warm, ceremonial serving of cacao to soften the heart, deepen presence, and help you drop into your body with compassion. As you settle in, you’ll be guided into a meditative sound journey surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion.

Throughout the sound bath, Isabel weaves April’s themes of embodiment, boundaries, self presence, and conscious choice, inviting you to feel into what is yours to say yes to and what is ready for a loving no.
