Join us for a heart opening Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony in the beautiful and historic Old Town Hall in Almonte.
This nourishing afternoon experience is designed to help you slow down, soften into your body, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao — a gentle, grounding plant medicine traditionally used to open the heart and support emotional clarity.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing journey, where crystal bowls, grounding tones, and soothing vibrations invite your nervous system to relax and your energy to realign. This is a space to release stress, calm the mind, and come back into balance, no experience necessary.
