Join Amber Broyles, Lynnette Carlino, and Paul Nelson for a deeply restorative 90-minute sound journey designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound rest.
This unique collaborative experience weaves together the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, and a variety of therapeutic sound instruments to create a rich, immersive soundscape. Throughout the evening, you'll simply be invited to settle in, breathe, and receive as layers of sound gently wash over you.
Lynnette Carlino, a Level One Sound Practitioner, brings a beautiful sensitivity and depth through her crystal singing bowls. Paul Nelson shares the expressive voice of the Native American flute, a tradition he has studied under the guidance of a Native American mentor. Amber Broyles, a Level Two Sound Practitioner and member of the International Sound Therapy Association, integrates a diverse collection of therapeutic instruments to create a multi-dimensional experience of relaxation and restoration.
No movement is required, and no prior experience is necessary. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to rest.
We provide everything you'll need for a comfortable experience, including yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows. You're also welcome to bring any cozy items from home that help you settle in, such as your favorite pillow, an extra blanket, a sleeping bag, fuzzy socks, or anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease.
If sitting or lying on the floor isn't comfortable, please let us know in advance—we're happy to accommodate you with a chair.
