🌿🎵 Relax & Recenter: Sound Bath for Seniors 🎵🌿Take a deep breath and let go of stress during our gentle sound relaxation session, designed especially for older adults. Enjoy calming tones, soft ambient sounds, and soothing vibrations that help ease tension, quiet the mind, and promote deep rest.
Sound-based relaxation is shown to:

✅ Reduce muscle tension
✅ Improve sleep and mood
✅ Support overall well-being
This is a seated or lying-down experience—no movement or experience required. Just come comfortable, breathe, and relax.
Please bring a yoga mat, or comfortable chair.
