About this Event
Monthly Sound Bath Experience
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, stress reduction, and restorative sound healing. During this immersive sound bath, you will be gently guided into a state of calm using the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sound instruments.
Sound baths are designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of overall well-being. Many participants report feeling deeply relaxed, mentally refreshed, and more centered following a session.
What to Expect
- Guided breathing and relaxation exercises
- A restorative sound journey lasting approximately 45–60 minutes
- Comfortable, peaceful environment
- Time for quiet reflection and grounding following the session
No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcomed.
What to Bring
For your comfort, please bring:
- A yoga mat, camping pad, or reclining zero-gravity chair
- Blanket
- Pillow or neck support
- Water bottle
- Anything else that helps you relax comfortably while lying or sitting for an extended period
Important Information
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.
- Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time to maintain a peaceful environment for all participants.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Please silence mobile devices before entering the space.

Participants may experience the sound bath while lying down, seated in a chair, or using other comfortable accommodations. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact the organizer prior to the event.
