Relax and unwind with healing vibrations at a Sound Bath in Bedford. A blissful experience for your mind, body and spirit.
About this Event

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Some benefits of a sound bath are:

• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Promotes deep relaxation
• Improves sleep quality
• Enhances mental clarity and focus
• Balances energy centers (chakras) in the body
• Removes energetic blockages

Please bring along with you:

• a yoga mat
• a blanket
• water
• eye mask

Schedule

Please arrive early enough for a 7:00 pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15-20 minutes for integration.

Sunset Sanctuary, 40 Renhold Road, Wilden, MK44 2QA.

There is free parking on site.

Refund policy

Full refund, up until mid day Monday before the event. After that it will depend if I can book someone else in your place.
