As the energy of spring builds, this is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reset.🪻
Join us for a unique afternoon of sound healing and creative expression, led by Michelle Hickman of Sense of Healing, designed to calm your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
We’ll begin with a guided sound experience, allowing your body to fully relax and unwind. From there, you’ll be gently guided into a simple, meditative art practice—creating your own finger labyrinth, a quiet tool for reflection, clarity, and grounding.
No artistic experience is needed😊
