Our voices carry more than personal stories—they hold the echoes of our lineage. In this special March Sound & Voice Activation, we come together to gently explore and release ancestral patterns that have shaped how (and whether) our voices have been expressed.

Join Chris Young-Ginzburg and Regina Martinelli for a deeply supportive, embodied experience designed to uncover where the voice may have been silenced, restricted or held back through family history, cultural conditioning and inherited survival patterns.

Through sound, somatic awareness and experiential Family Constellation practices, we’ll create space for the voice to reclaim its natural freedom, meeting what arises with compassion, curiosity and care.
