In this two-hour interactive class, we’ll explore the energy of the 5th chakra, the center of communication and self-expression. Using vocal exercises, intentional movement, and group sound healing practices, you’ll:

✨ Amplify your ability to speak, sing, and vocalize your truth

No prior experience needed—this class is for everyone ready to deepen their connection to their voice and creativity.

AN ENTIRE CHAKRA SERIES

This is a series of classes that started late 2024 and into 2025, moving through all 8 energy centers (chakras). We will be exploring the sounds and songs of each one, in each experience, and at the end of this series (and each class) we will come up with a song to activate, heal and balance them.
