SOUND & VISION — A Morning of Sound, Creativity & New Beginnings

What if you could begin the new year not just with resolutions, but with a clear vision of what you truly want to create in your life?
January 2027, Harmonics of Life invites you to something a little different!
Join us for a beautiful three-hour morning experience at the historic Sapp House in downtown Panama City, where we'll combine the power of sound, intention, and creativity to set the tone for the year ahead.
We'll begin our morning with an immersive sound bath, giving you an opportunity to relax, quiet the outside noise, and connect with yourself and the intentions you want to carry into the new year.
After our sound experience, we'll transition into our creative space, where you'll bring those intentions to life by creating your very own vision board on a large 24 × 36-inch canvas.
This is your opportunity to dream, reflect, get creative, and put together a visual reminder of what you want to welcome into your life this year.
And the best part? You don't have to be artistic or have any experience with vision boards. Just come with an open mind and a little curiosity!
What's included:
Immersive sound bath experience
Guided intention-setting and vision board creation
Your own 24 × 36-inch canvas to take home
Stickers, markers, pencils, glue, and additional creative supplies
Blankets, pillows, and eye masks for the sound bath
What to bring:
Your yoga mat for the sound bath
An additional blanket if you prefer
Printed photos, images, quotes, or anything meaningful that you'd love to include on your vision board. You can find inspiration online and print your favorite images ahead of time.
Location: The beautiful Sapp House, Downtown Panama City
Date: January 14, 2027
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Investment: $79 per person, including all materials
Only 12 spaces are available to keep this experience comfortable and personal.
Let's begin the new year with intention, creativity, and a beautiful vision of what's possible.
I can't wait to create this experience with you!
