Sound & Stillness: New Moon Ceremony & Soundbath

Under the Gemini New Moon we’ll gather for an evening of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with ourselves through meditation, sound, stillness, and reflection.

The evening will begin with grounding, intention setting, and ceremonial blue lotus cacao, shared as a gentle heart- and intuition-opening ritual before we journey inward together. From there, you’ll be guided through a shamanic journey designed to help you step away from the mental chatter and into a deeper place of inner knowing.

Maria Brannon will then guide us through a restorative sound bath to help deepen relaxation, integration, and presence as we rest in the energy of the new moon.
