Come join us in the Wellness Studio at the Dakota Fieldhouse for a Crystal Soundbath led by Tasha.
This Sound & Stillness event invites you to rest, relax and reset. With moments of stillness, meditation and sound to let your body recover.
Come 15 minutes prior to find parking. Door will open 10 minutes before the session starts to get comfortable.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket if you would like to get most comfortable.
