A Sound Bath & Meditation Gathering

Join us for an afternoon of rest and reflection through sound, meditation, and gentle presence. This gathering is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a return to inner calm.

Using immersive sound, guided meditation, and quiet stillness, participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and rest in a supportive, welcoming space. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is needed.

This gathering is guided by Tara Atwood-Saja, Founder & Lead Facilitator of Stillness by the Sea, and Will Saja, Co-Facilitator.

Together, they bring sound, meditation, gentle movement, and grounded presence into thoughtfully held gatherings rooted in care, accessibility, and community.

Stillness by the Sea is a sound, meditation, and wellness practice rooted in presence, connection, and gentle support. Inspired by the rhythm of the sea and based in Newport, Rhode Island, we host in-person gatherings across Aquidneck Island in churches, community spaces, and private venues.
