The evening begins with an Outdoor Gong Soundbath in a teepee, a therapeutic session designed to promote profound relaxation and well-being. Within the cozy and resonant space of the teepee, you'll recline/lye down comfortably as we play a variety of gongs. The sounds are rich, resonant, and often described as feeling like waves washing over the body. These powerful sounds are not just heard but felt, creating a full-body sensory experience. As the session progresses, the intricate layers of sound will gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation, meditation, or even a dream-like state. Live handpan music will also be played before and after the soundbath, enhancing the serene sound journey and adding another layer of captivating melody.
Following the soundbath, as darkness descends, you'll have the option to join us for stargazing. Step out into the night and gaze upwards at the vast expanse of the night sky, connecting with the cosmos
To complete your experience, a warming chai tea will be provided, offering a comforting end to an extraordinary evening.
