SOUND & SOUL RESET - a collective of Wild Roots - aligned wellness traders,
Flow Dance with Ellasfield to melt away your stresses, Guided meditation to soothe your senses, Intention setting for the season ahead and the Dreamiest Sound healing Journey by Aura Sound to reset your mind, body & soul. Leaving you totally Reset and ready for your journey into Saturday's time to RISE.
On Saturday 29th November 10am-7pm we kick things off with
RISE X REVOLUTION
at 10am Wild Roots brings you the ultimate Dopamine Disco to wake up, shimmy & shake off. We’ll flow into empowering and heartfelt talks from RISE an incredible Charity for Freedom from abuse & violence, followed by a rebellious raffle with insane prizes raising vital funds for this amazing cause.
Then, the one and only Lu in Luland closes her UK tour with Self Love Unleashed — an unapologetic, high-energy, empowering one-woman show that will leave you lit up and ready to take on the world.
Not to mention, the Iconic SUSIE Self Love Bus... for photos & dress up...
