Who am I?

Your host - Rifa Thorpe-Tracey
🚀As a highly accomplished coach with 25+ years of experience, I’ve focused on teaching women to create and live their big vision. I’ve helped hundreds of women to achieve their goals, increase their income, and exceed their expectations. I was my first client, having achieved numerous awards and accolades for my work, as well as features in The Times and CNN. I'm the Chair of the 'Women of Colour Brighton' community group, I run SheSays Brighton for women in digital and I am the founder of Refigure Ltd.
🚀Through my coaching and connections, I empower mostly women not just to uplift themselves, but to thrive and create change in the world. My teachings focus on helping you gain clarity and generate abundance while sharing practical effective well-being tools. I'm also a Sivananda yoga teacher, reiki master, and Oneness Meditation trainer, and I draw on these tools to help you stay on track without burning out.
