In association with Denis Ginn, the International School of Intuition & Healing is excited to announce In-Person Community Spirit Gatherings in Cape Town.

Take this opportunity to create conscious connections with kindred spirits, rekindle friendships, or network with new like-minded souls. Hosted at The Center, ‘Home for Heart and Soul’, these gatherings are designed to:

• Fill the often requested need for Lightworkers to gather in community
• Provide time out from your busy schedules in a beautiful supportive environment
• Promote a focus on self-nurture and self-care which is much needed in our field
• Offer a platform providing a range of experiential healing and spiritual activities

In between our larger connection events/open days, Denis will facilitate these small group opportunities to come together along with experienced guest presenter. Each gathering will be structured into three sections - one session led by a guest presenter, one session led by Denis and a networking hour with refreshments.
*** To ensure an intimate, engaging environment, each gathering is limited to a maximum of 22 individuals on a first come basis.

About Janet's Sound Healing Journey:
Janet will share a deeply relaxing sound healing journey using various sacred instruments and mantras. After connecting with our own vibration through chanting & sounding using our voices, participants will lie down to receive the healing vibrations, frequencies and sounds which will recalibrate, balance and align our energy centres, whilst calming our nervous system. The idea is to move into this process with an open heart and a specific intention that can be planted as a seed in the beginning of the practise. After the sounds have dissolved, there will be a few moments of silence to allow everything to settle, before we come back, and have an opportunity to share.

About Denis' Sacred Silence session:

In counterbalance to Janet’s healing sound, Denis will provide an opportunity for tuning into Silence, the sacred medium that holds all sound. This experience will contain mindfulness meditation, an immersion into a multi-senses dimension, and expansion into the space that holds all form and connects us all into One.

Denis Ginn is currently a certified tutor (British Alliance of Healing Associations) at the International School of Intuition and Healing. He hosts courses in Energy Healing, a Foundation in Spiritual Development, and Energy Management life-skills.

With his special interest in the heart-centered wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit, Denis utilises a combination of Energy Healing/Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and Mindfulness skills in his private practice. Healing is offered in-person or via remote distance, incorporating techniques such as:

• Chakra balancing
• Subtle body clearing
• Specific healing for physical, mental or emotional challenges
• Meridian Light process
• Meditations and Visualisations.

In addition, space-clearing and Earth-bound spirit release services are offered.

Denis’s experience in Mindfulness included training various groups at the School of Intuition and Healing, Pilates and Yoga studios as well as university students. In addition he has hosted lectures for Medical Fraternity teams at St Luke’s Hospice.

The Emotional Freedom Technique is an energy psychology modality Denis utilises to bring together aspects of Mindful Awareness, deep healing and personal development for individuals challenged with trauma relating to relationships, work/career, inner child, chronic stress, and so forth.

Denis enjoys promoting wellness and vitality as an instructor in Pilates, focusing on clients’ total body-awareness, core strength, physical rehabilitation, and balance.

Janet Farquharson is a Yoga & meditation teacher, Sound Healing practitioner and Wellness Retreat facilitator. She also runs a holistic wellness venue in Constantia, The Sanctuary.

Through many years of working and travelling in Africa & Asia as a tour guide, Janet discovered her passion for serving others, exploring new cultures, Eastern philosophy and alternative healing. . Janet's love for Yoga, music and mantra blossomed when she was living with her teacher, Viktor van der Kleij, in a forest ashram outside of Knysna in 2013.

This experience in the ashram inspired her to continue her journey of self enquiry and transformation and led her to travel to India, Nepal & Bali. She has completed her training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga as well as completing Various Sound Healing trainings, meditation courses & Reiki level 2 training . Janet shares group sound journey experiences as well as offering couples sessions, or private one on one's. She has a range of magical instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, handpan, gongs, tingshaws, medicine drum and more.

She created her business, Janet's Planet about 10 years ago with the intention of using the modalities of Yoga, sound, vibration, mantra, meditation, nature and healthy living to inspire and create transformation, healing and self care. You will often find Janet in the mountains, the forest, or the ocean, using Nature as a medicine for her soul!
