Sound & Serenity Float Floating Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra

Join us for a floating sound bath and yoga nidra under the open sky—an immersive experience designed to help your body slow down, settle in, and reset.

Through the soothing vibrations of sound, guided yoga nidra, gentle floating, and time in nature, you’ll be invited into a deeply restful state that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and whole-body restoration.

Your experience also includes time connecting with our rescued herd of horses, goats, alpacas, and our miniature donkey—bringing a little extra joy, grounding, and connection to your evening.

Come ready to float, breathe, rest, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out.

We’ll begin the evening by slowing things down and giving everyone a chance to arrive, settle in, and enjoy light snacks and refreshing drinks, courtesy of Sprouts Farmers Market.

From there, we’ll move through the experience together:

Arrival + Light Refreshments
Grab a snack or drink, get comfortable, and ease into the space.

Grounding + Intention Setting
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you transition out of the busyness of the day and into the present moment.

Animal Connection
Spend time connecting with our rescued herd of horses, goats, alpacas, and miniature donkey before heading to the pool.

Sound + Serenity Float
Then it’s time to float. Settle onto your float under the open sky as you’re guided through yoga nidra and an immersive sound bath, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest.

• Closed-toe shoes for animal interactions
• Swimsuit or quick-dry clothing
• Towel
• Blanket for added comfort during relaxation
• Water bottle
• Dry clothes for afterward

Please note: You may get a little wet while getting on and off your float, so plan accordingly.
