Excited to share our next Sound & Forest Bath- our last one was completely SOLD OUT so get your tickets while you can.
🌿Come & experience a sound bath like no other whilst forest bathing in the blissful setting, nestled in the willow grove at Burscough Community Farm.
🌱You will be immersed in nature, receive sound healing amongst the trees and learn some supportive tools to help alleviate stress.
⚜️You will also be receiving Sekhem~ an ancient Egyptian lineage of energy healing to support you
💠Come & regulate your nervous system whilst you receive the crystalline codes/ vibrations of the bowls

Sound meditations are suitable for most but may not be appropriate for everyone.
Contraindications:
Pacemaker or similar medical device.
1st trimester of pregnancy.
Epilepsy(especially sound sensitive)
Severe tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds.
