Sound & Art

This is will be a restful and reflective hour where we will begin with a healing sound bath provided by Chrissy from Flow Of Light, followed by demonstration and reflection of a grounding art therapy technique by Kristina from Savannah Counseling & Wellness.

The workshop is donation-based so tickets on eventbrite are free and we will have a QR code available to make a donation that feels right to you before or after the event. Donation-based events are aimed to make these services accessible to everyone and donations help us continue these offerings.
