Treat yourself, or someone special to a wonderful relaxing, immersion into yoga and sound in the beautiful village of Wing, near Oakham and Rutland water on Saturday 10th January 10:30am – 5pm
We will explore movement and rest to create harmony of body and mind. Enjoy time to unwind and de-stress. The day will include gentle hatha yoga, a sound bath, a yoga nidra meditation, breath work, a mindful craft and somatics in the historical village of Wing. Take a walk and visit the medieval maze, one of only eight turf cut mazes left in England. Historically the maze would have been used for meditation and festive purposes (more info at the bottom of the page). A wonderful , relaxing way to treat yourself to some you time!
Lunch is included (with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available) as well as freshly baked pastries to begin the day. Exchange £98. Option to pay a deposit £30 with full balance due by 10th December. Split payment also available. Unfortunately I’m not able to offer refunds if you are not able to attend, but invite you to pass your place onto a friend.
