Come join us for Project Picnics relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Awaken and Align Hypnotherapy! Our Sound and Yin Yoga event combines the soothing sounds of music with the gentle practice of Yin Yoga. We are holding space for reflection of the year past and setting intentions for the year to come. Rochelle will be playing melodic tunes with her sound bowls as Taylor leads you through deep stretches. This in-person event is the perfect way to release tension and restore some balance to your body and mind. There will be homemade desserts and fresh fruits to enjoy afterwards.

5pm start and 7pm dessert, come early to set up your mat!
