Sound and light healing session By Ellen

This gathering will be a deeply immersive experience, using crystal singing bowls, sound healing, and brainwave entrainment to help participants access states of deep relaxation, clarity, and connection. The bowls will assist in clearing energetic blockages, while the vibrations help entrain the brain into a more harmonious and aligned state. If the moment calls for it, we may also incorporate breathwork and other energetic clearing techniques to deepen the experience.

The session will be 90 minutes, running from 7:30 to 9 PM, and will be donation-basedwith a suggested contribution of $22 per person as an energetic exchange.
