Welcome to the September's Sound and Gong Healing SessionWell the season of growth is really upon us. And I wonder if you have thought about how you grow, in your spiritual and mental attitude?
The sound and gong healing session will certainly support your growth, giving you an hour to be you, to breathe, to relax, to perhaps generate new ideas for yourself and to spiritually develop if this is your thing.
Would you like to enjoy just 1 hour of taking care of yourself?
The relaxation session starts with you coming along, laden with your pillows, blankets, mats, water and you settle yourself down on the floor or in a chair.
You will be guided into a relaxed state and then I will start to play the sound healing instruments including tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, tongue drum, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice and other lovely instruments.
The experience will be unique to you and your body will relax and release in a way that is safe for you.
