A sound bath in a pool is a unique and immersive experience that combines the calming effects of sound therapy with the soothing properties of water. During this sound bath, you will lie down or float in a pool while I use various instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create vibrational frequencies that promote relaxation and healing. The water amplifies and carries these vibrations, enhancing the overall experience.
The combination of sound and water can help release stress, promote deep relaxation, and restore a sense of balance. Floating in water allows the body to relax more fully, while the sound vibrations can deeply penetrate the body, fostering a sense of calm and clarity.
Preregistration is required. Pool noodles are available. For the most relaxing experience, a pool float is ideal which you will need to bring.
