A Heart centred day retreat has been organised for women only on the 11th September 2024; held within the beautiful surroundings of Hawkwood in Stroud. Led by six heart-centred women with well over 100 years holistic experience. It’s going to be special. We have chosen the numbers of attendees to be kept small so that everyone can receive on the day one to one attention. Beautiful workshops encompassing Yoga with sound, Soulful Soundbath, Emotional Freedom Technique, Singing, making your own organic meditation balm including a two course vegan lunch and rather scrummy cake.
