Begin your journey with a refreshing welcome mocktail and delicious chocolate dipped strawberries as we gather together and settle into the evening.
Feel your energy come alive through an uplifting Chakra Dance & Mindful Meditation experience. Move, stretch, shake, and dance freely in a joyful, welcoming space. No dance experience is needed, simply bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to embrace the moment.
From there, sink into the warmth of our cosy wood fired sauna before awakening your senses with a refreshing cold plunge. For those who feel called, join us for an optional sea dip and group ocean blessing ritual, connecting with the healing energy of the water.
Hot. Cold. Laugh. Repeat.
As the evening unfolds, allow yourself to fully relax during a deeply restorative Singing Bowl Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations and gentle sounds create space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll complete our retreat with a grounding tea ritual, homemade cake, and time to connect, share stories, and enjoy the company of like minded souls.
