Soulwork Session | Pilates & Reggaeton

Step into a high-energy daytime experience with Pilates & Reggaeton—a fusion of movement, music, and community hosted by @juliasuh from @soulworksessions.

Choose from two sessions: 9AM–11AM or 11AM–1PM. Each session kicks off with an Pilates class set to a curated reggaeton playlist, followed by a dedicated social hour where you can relax, enjoy light bites, and mingle with like-minded individuals.

We invite you to dress to the theme-wear bold colors and statement accessories that reflect your unique style (check out the mood board below).
