You are warmly invited to SoulstreamAn afternoon to pause, breathe, move and reconnect.
Soulstream is not just a workshop; it is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and into something magical and nourishing.
In the beautiful Joy Mead Gardens, with its stone cloisters, quiet temple and lush lawns, we will come together to move, play, rest and simply be.
We begin by moving our bodies, shaking off tension through playful, grounding dance and simple, expressive sequences. No experience is needed, just curiosity and an open heart.
We then gather in stillness, letting the soothing vibrations of a collective sound bath wash over us. Crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and voice weave a tapestry of sound that invites deep release and renewal.
Throughout the afternoon there is space to connect with others, to reflect quietly, to feel held by this welcoming circle and the beauty around you.
When our practice closes, we share tea, fresh fruit and cake in the garden, taking time to savour the moment and each other’s company.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself, to others and to the world around you.
