SoulStoked - Yoga On The Sea Summer Party 2025

Join us for the 15th edition of SoulStoked, a one-of-a-kind floating wellness retreat hosted by Laura Monk of Soulfish Yoga & Experiential Events.

This 3-hour mini-retreat takes place aboard the stunning Triton Catamaran Yacht, cruising through the iconic San Diego Bay. It’s the ultimate way to soak up the Locals’ Summer — September style.

• Optional Swim + Waterslide Access — dive into the Pacific from the boat!

Whether you're new to the San Diego yoga scene or a returning SoulStoked regular, this experience invites you to flow, connect, celebrate, and swim in the joy of community, sunshine, and self-care.

• Yoga mat
• Bathing suit (recommended to wear under your clothes, but there are two restrooms on board for you to change)
• Towel, water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, and light layers
• Valid ID for alcohol purchases

• Boarding begins at 10:00 AM; boat departs at 10:30 AM sharp.We cannot wait for late arrivals—please plan accordingly!
• Waivers will be emailed to you upon registration. All guests must sign prior to boarding.
• All ages welcome (kids under 12 must be pre-approved — contact the organizer).
• No outside alcohol permitted. You may bring food onboard.
