Explore the practice and philosophy of yoga in SoulShine's 30 hour Yoga Immersion. Over the course of five days you'll dive in and learn about yoga postures, physical alignment principles, foundational yoga philosophy, and basic anatomy with introductions to mantra, meditation, and yogic breathing (pranayama).
In the immersion, you will be part of a dynamic learning community where everyone is welcome. That means you’ll have plenty of time to ask your questions and discover your answers. You’ll also be invited to integrate your experiences and build community through (always optional) group shares and partner exercises.
Instructors Niki Schemmel and Sarah Fischer have over 40 years of yoga experience between them. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming learning environment while sharing their love of alignment based āsana practice and life-affirming Tantric yoga philosophy.
We invite you to be engaged, excited, challenged, and supported on every level : Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit as you immerse yourself in yoga.
