Join Sunshine your sound medicine guide, as she takes you along a very unique and memorable journey to assist in the revival of your soul! Sound healing is a very powerful therapeutic modality that uses frequencies connecting to you through resonance. By experiencing a powerful sound healing session, to name a few benefits that can be noticed are reduced anxiety, increased concentration, released emotional blockages, pain relief, aligned chakras, all while activating your bodies self healing powers! Sunshine will start your healing journey with a grounding meditation to calm your heart rate and help get you in tune, while setting the intention for the overall experience. She will play multiple sacred instruments like the native flute, buffalo hand drums, ocean drums, rain sticks, crystal singing bowls, chimes and more. This one hour long session will be filled with a variety of beautiful frequencies, and magical light ambiances, all while guiding you on a powerful self expansive journey. Sunshine asks you to bring any items to assist in your comfort may that be yoga mats, blankets, pillows, truly anything that your heart desires to make the experience as comfy and relaxing as possible for your mind body and soul!
