On Saturday, Dec 27th (7:30-10:30pm), the Soulshine Duo will be joined by a special guest - Thia's talented daughter, Allegra Miles. Allegra is an accomplished singer-songwriter visiting from LA who sings & writes with a wonderfully soulful alt-pop vibe. She has released 3 eps, toured nationally and was a finalist on both The Voice and American Idol. “It’s all about the harmonies.” The Soulshine Duo is a harmony-centered, acoustic Americana & contemporary folk-rock band based in Palm Beach County. Thia Muilenburg, (vocals/guitar) and Al Johnson (vocals/guitar/harmonica) together deliver an entertaining mix of upbeat and soulful country/rock/folk classics and Laurel Canyon style music with great harmonies, including songs by Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, Gram Parsons, CSNY,
Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Bob Seger, Little Feat, Van Morrison, Youngbloods, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, the Grateful Dead and Tom Petty, as well as Thia’s and Al’s original songs.
