Unwind from your Monday with a “Me-Time” mental break with like-minded souls.Another Soul-Matics pop-up is set for January 20.
In this class we will be exploring and experiencing non-dualism.
Just as the mycelium running deep within Mama Gaia, we, in our human bodies and beyond, extend and contribute to this network. Coiling, connecting, and eliminating the concepts of space and time, we find an existence where we are no longer contained by the seams of our skin and the monkey mind is asked to “hold that thought”. This is what some have identified as the state Oneness.
This sounds more intense than the exercises we will actually be doing to get us to this place. As always, waking up and communicating with the body through somatic movements, followed by transitioning into a meditative state as a group. All you need is an open mind.
Dress comfortably for light movement and some dancing, there will be no advanced or strenuous asanas. Mats, blankets and bolsters are available or feel free to bring your own.
