Soulfully Aligned is structured to ground & connect!
This is NOT our incredible Strength Yoga class, this class is for all, the movement & flow of this class is to facilitate the use of weights with true mindful awareness. To build the weight bearing strength our bodies need for daily movement & healthy awareness!
With use of Yoga & light weights will build strength and balance all while guiding self to be mindfully present. Throughout practice simple mindful practices will be offered.
