Join us for our Soulful Summer Series this July, celebrating Minority Mental Health Month! We’ll kick off by setting positive intentions, followed by a gentle stretch routine to prepare our bodies. Experience the fun of hula hooping through balance, dance, and tricks that anyone can enjoy, regardless of skill level. We’ll wrap up with a relaxing journaling session to reflect on our experiences.
