Unwind and reset with our Soulful Sunday Meditation & Sound Bath. Join us for a relaxing session filled with positive energy and good vibes. Let the soothing sounds and peaceful atmosphere help you find your inner peace. Perfect for recharging your mind, body, and soul~ setting a positive tone for the upcoming week.
The session will begin with an energy cleanse.
You will then be gently guided in to meditation while experiencing the healing sounds, vibrations and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and various instruments.
Reclining chairs will be provided for your comfort.
After the sound bath, you will be invited to pull an angel card for a divine message and guidance.
Every guest will receive a positive affirmation card to take home.
You are welcome to stay and enjoy fellowship with the group once the session concludes.
Bottled water and dark chocolate will be provided.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and bring any items for comfort- such as blanket and/or eye pillow.
Note for those with mobility restrictions: our studio is on the second floor with no elevator access.
