Soulful Sundays @ The London WEHO: Sound Bath with Red-Light Therapy

Experience a deeply restorative sound healing journey designed to help you relax, reconnect, and restore balance. Each session blends the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments with mindfulness, meditation, and gentle guided practices to create a calming, immersive experience that supports the mind, body, and spirit.
This special Soulful Sunday will also feature restorative red light therapy with BON CHARGE. Participants will have the opportunity to fully relax on red light therapy mats provided by BON CHARGE, allowing the soothing light experience to support deep rest, relaxation, and overall well-being throughout the session.
