We will start together in a cacao ceremony this sacred medicine has been used for thousands of years to open, clear and heal the heart space and connect with the devine and spirit of mother cacao ✨
Next we will move into some mindful movement ‘yin’ based yoga, followed by guided breathwork where I will be flowing reiki energy healing.
Completed with a guided meditation & Sound bath using Australian crystal quartz singing bowls, this will be a complete mind, body and soul experience.
