Join me for an hour of pure relaxation Immerse yourself in meditation and the healing sounds of the drum, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and Chimes.
Sound baths are a form of musical therapy. The sound waves and harmonic vibrations to the body through the use of instruments have been known to treat conditions such as anxiety, stress, high blood pressure and sleep disorders
