Kirtan is a form of meditation done through call-and-response chanting. One person sings a simple Sanskrit mantra, and everyone else repeats it back. There's usually harmonium, percussion, and sometimes other instruments. It's meditative, communal, and accessible—you don't need to know the language or be able to sing.

We gather on Sunday evenings to chant these ancient mantras together. Some people close their eyes and sing along, others sit quietly and listen. The practice is in the repetition and the presence.

No experience necessary, just an open heart.

Afterwards, we share a simple vegan meal together (nut-free).
