Soulful Sunday at Mothership Sanctuary
Take time to realign and recharge every Sunday at Mothership Sanctuary. The day begins with a guided meditation from 1–2 PM, offering a peaceful space to ground your spirit and set the tone for the week ahead. Enjoy complimentary tea before and during the meditation to help deepen your relaxation.

From 4–7 PM, Pam will be offering complimentary tuning fork sessions, using sound healing to help restore balance and promote energetic harmony. All offerings are free for members.
