This heart-connected, multi-instrument sound journey is led by certified sound bath practitioner Jill Courtney.
After sitting to center and breathe together, you will be invited to lay back and allow the healing sounds to nourish, relax, and balance your body, mind, and soul. Bring your yoga mat, some water, and wear clothes that will allow you to relax comfortably. Bolsters and blankets are provided for your comfort.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrations, such as music, vocal tones, and instruments to improve physical and emotional well-being. At its core, sound healing works on the principle that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, including every organ, bone, and tissue in the body. When our bodies fall out of harmony, whether due to stress, illness, or other factors, sound healing seeks to recalibrate these vibrations and restore balance.
