Soulful Sounds for the Sacred Soul is an immersive morning experience created for the healers, builders, dreamers, and seekers who are ready to stop running on empty — and ready to go deeper.
This is not a conference. Not a yoga class. Not another wellness panel you sit through and forget by Monday.
This is a curated, full-body, full-soul experience — designed from the first moment you walk in to the last breath you take before you leave.
✦ WHAT TO EXPECT
From the moment you arrive, the space is already working. Soft music, candlelight, warm scent, and a cup of tea waiting for you. You are not rushed. You are received.
From there, the morning moves through eleven intentional experiences:
A grounding opening circle led by Simmone L. Bowe — three breaths, collective stillness, and a personal intention set in your journal. The room shifts here.
A guided visualization and journaling session facilitated by Helen Klonaris — designed to quiet the noise and let your own clarity surface, without pressure or performance.
An embodied movement release led by W2 Dance Club — not choreography, not a workout. An invitation to move, shake, stretch, and release whatever your body has been holding. Freedom in motion.
Two intimate panel conversations — the first exploring personal self-care, rest, and boundaries the way they actually work in real life. The second expanding the lens into workplace wellbeing, leadership, and what it means to sustain yourself inside systems that weren't built with you in mind.
A silent journaling integration — space to let everything land, not as information, but as insight.
And then — A Soul Called Joel.
Joel Cross enters the space in stillness. What follows is a live meditative sound and music journey — part teaching, part performance, part collective experience — that will move through you before your mind knows what to do with it. This is not a concert. This is participation in sound.
The morning closes with a duet moment between Simmone and Joel — reflective, emotional, and deeply present — while a live painting captures the energy of the room in real time.
You leave with a plant, a closing affirmation card, and all the time in the world to integrate. There is no rush to the exit. There is only the quiet understanding that something in you has shifted.
